If your residential address has changed, we will need to update it on your account accordingly. You will need to provide a new proof of address. It can be one of the following:
A bank account statement;
A utility bill (electricity, water);
A government-issued document (tax statement, certificate of residency, etc.).
All documents must be less than three months old. Mobile phone bills will not be accepted.
Please make sure that your name, issue date and address are clearly visible and that the document is less than three months old.

No, there is no control over the crypto transfer. When you post a crypto transaction, it is a one-way trip that is impossible to reverse. Crypto transactions are irreversible, and you are unable to call them off. That’s why it’s crucial to make sure your transaction details are accurate before you click Send.
SEPA zone transfers usually take 1-3 business days (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to be credited to the client’s bank account.
For clients outside the SEPA zone, it takes 2-5 business days (with the exception of weekends and holidays).
Depending on the chosen cryptocurrency, there are general conditions for the number of confirmations in the blockchain network. There are no delays on our side.
Once your cryptocurrency deposit has been processed, and your funds have been added to your crypto wallet, you will receive an email notification about the successful deposit.
A cryptocurrency transaction requires 6 confirmations before it can be considered complete. In extreme cases, the transaction can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours.
The transaction amount will automatically be credited after the confirmation in the blockchain.
An international bank wire transfer typically takes 2-5 business days, while a SEPA transfer takes 1-3 business days (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to reach your Coinexus account.
You can credit your account in either USD or EUR. If you are depositing funds in a different currency, the deposit will be converted to either USD or EUR before it’s credited to your account.
In case you choose a SEPA deposit to be added to your USD balance, it will always go through the additional step of converting funds to USD (because SEPA can only be used to send EUR).
Some banks need correspondent or intermediary banks to process wire transfers, and this may include additional charges. The intermediary bank will deduct the fee from the transferred amount, which is why the amount you receive on your Coinexus account can be less than the amount you have sent.
The fee charged on our end is always listed in the “Compliance” section of your account or in the request card for a deposit, if we are talking about a specific amount. For more details on intermediary bank fees, please contact your bank.
